Champion’s training from the National Coastal Tourism Academy
The National Coastal Tourism Academy believes in the potential of tourism to fuel economic growth, regenerate communities and create new jobs.
Starting initially in Bournemouth, the NCTA is for anyone who interacts with visitors – restaurants, hotels, holiday parks, self-catering accommodation, language schools, transport providers, retailers, destination managers and residents – anyone who plays a part in the visitor economy. The Champion’s training is just one of several projects designed to improve visitor experience at destination level, and aims to give a wide range of people a basic training in product knowledge and customer care, as well as encouraging them to learn more and enhance career development.
